Shipments will be made through our allied transport company COORDINADORA or INTERRAPIDISIMO .
SHIPPING COST
The cost of shipping is directly related to the rate set by the transport company. However, we have some established prices:
Shipping: Cali, Buga, Tuluá, Palmira, other cities in the Valley $ 8,500
National Level: 2 to 5 business days. $14,500 (INTERRAPIDISIMO) $16,500 (COORDINATOR)
Intermediate cities or special transit, remote towns: 8 business days $21,000
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are usually processed by logistics on the scheduled date, and the guide is generated within 1 to 5 business days, which will be sent to your email. Once delivered to the logistics operator, you will receive the order within 2 to 5 business days depending on the destination.

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO?

I WANT TO CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS
To change the delivery address of your order, please contact:
- The Customer Service line through WhatsApp 302 4390778 during business hours Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm requesting "Change of address - Name - Cell phone number or order number"
- Change of address within the same city is allowed, as long as the shipping guide has not been assigned .
Not allowed changes of direction between different departments.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THEY ARE GOING TO DELIVER MY ORDER AND NO ONE IS HOME?
If the order is not received at the indicated address after two visits by the carrier, customer service will contact you by phone. If you do not respond after two attempts, the product will be returned to us and we will reverse the delivery at an additional cost to be assumed by the recipient.
